Lotus's Malaysia (f.k.a. Tesco Malaysia) | 25,000 kW

This is the largest commercial PPA for solar in Malaysia when it was entered into as a joint venture between NEFIN and PETRONAS New Energy for Phase 1. Phase 1 of the Lotus’s project involved 15 stores across Malaysia and Phase 2 involved another 12 stores and its Fresh Distribution Centre. The 2 phases will generate 27.3 GWh of clean energy per year and reducing around 18,000 tonnes of carbon emissions, a positive step towards Lotus’s Group achieving its 2050 zero-carbon goal.

World’s Largest Semiconductor Company | 11,700 kW

This was the first large-scale solar leasing project in Malaysia when it was entered into. Solar panels were installed on both manufacturing facilities and carports. Project delivery was in line with stringent HSE requirements and FM Global requirements. Phase 2 of the project is currently ongoing.

Celestica | 2,960 kW

More than 8,000 combined units of solar panels installed across two facilities will generate 95,400MWh renewable energy for Celestica. Celestica is committed to being a responsible partner in the communities and sources renewable energy for their operations which is currently powered by approximately 60% renewable energy worldwide.

Puratos Malaysia | 250 kW

This pioneering partnership between NEFIN and Puratos was cemented with the completion of the installation of 628 solar PV panels covering around 14,778 sq.ft. of rooftop areas on top of Puratos plant in Malaysia.
