For our solar installations, we use non-penetrative installation methods as much as possible for each roof type to prevent any damage and maintain roof integrity. As part of the site assessment, various factors such as load factor will also be considered in determining suitability.
Your involvement includes allowing us access and a space to store the panels and area for the workers to rest. There will be some documents to sign off for submission to authority and also to arrange a date for the system to tie-in to the grid. This may require a 2-3 hours shutdown of electricity.
NEFIN does provide complimentary O&M services for the systems under the zero-upfront investment (OPEX) model. For the direct purchase (CAPEX) model, NEFIN can offer the maintenance services at a fee.
The cost of the solar system varies based on many factors including some of the main ones like the system size, the brand and model of panels and inverters used, the method of installation and if the roof requires water-proofing works. We recommend that you go for the zero-upfront investment model by signing a power purchase agreement (PPA) with us to avoid the high upfront costs and purchase the solar electricity generated at a discounted rate.
Under the PPA model, you will be billed for the electricity you consume from the solar energy system based on the fixed PPA rate (mutually agreed during contract signing) over the period of the PPA tenure. For the additional consumption of electricity on top of what your solar system can generate or at night, you will pay to your existing electricity retailer at the rate you contracted with them.
It will be ideal if you can provide 3 to 6 months of your site’s electricity bills, rooftop or land plan, building/land lease information.

We can arrange a site visit to assess the feasibility and advise accordingly through our proposal.
It depends on the usage of the company and the size of the system. If the system is able to generate more than your usage in the day, it can cover your usage fully. However, if there are usage at night, example your installed site is using electricity at night, without battery energy storage, you will have to consume brown electricity from the grid.
Yes, our solar PV systems is connected to the local electrical grid. We do not provide off-grid arrangement currently.
Yes you are able to monitor the performance of the green energy generation from the dashboard. You will be given a user login to view or download the report.
