NEFIN held a Solar Project Completion Ceremony on 10 March 2021 with Worldwide Logistics Services, Inc. (W.L.S.) and Honda Logistics, a subsidiary of the Japanese Honda Group, for their collaboration in the Taoyuan Warehouse. Highlights of the project:
1. The total system capacity is around 1.8MW which helps to reduce an average of 1104 tonnes of carbon emission annually (equivalent to planting 111,203 plants).
2. This unique installation method does not damage the roof surface as no drilling work was done.
3. In line with the “distribution-level regenerative energy management system” by Taiwan Power Company.
