13\u65e5\u2014\u5168\u7403\u77e5\u540d\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u7cfb\u7edf\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u4f9b\u5e94\u5546NEFIN\u7acb\u76c8\u5b8c\u6210\u4e86\u5bf9\u798f\u5c55\u7eff\u80fd\u7684\u6536\u8d2d\uff08\u7ea67MW\u592a\u9633\u80fd\u7535\u5382\u7ec4\u5408\uff09\uff0c\u6210\u4e3a100%\u6301\u6709\u80a1\u4e1c\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0cNEFIN\u7acb\u76c8\u4e0e\u6c38\u4e30\u94f6\u884c\u5df2\u5171\u540c\u5b8c\u6210\u7535\u5382\u518d\u878d\u8d44\uff0c\u4ee5\u8ffd\u6c42\u7edd\u4f73\u7684\u4e13\u6848\u6210\u6548\u3002 NEFIN\u7acb\u76c8\u4e0e\u6c38\u4e30\u94f6\u884c\u5c06\u6301\u7eed\u6269\u5927\u5728\u53f0\u6e7e\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u9886\u57df\u7684\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u4ee5\u884c\u52a8\u652f\u6301\u7eff\u8272\u80fd\u6e90\u53d1\u5c55\uff0c\u5e2e\u52a9\u5ba2\u6237\u6216\u5408\u4f5c\u4f19\u4f34\u5b8c\u6210\u78b3\u4e2d\u548c\u5e03\u5c40\uff0c\u52a0\u901f\u53f0\u6e7e\u8fc8\u5411\u51c0\u96f6\u8f6c\u578b\u4e4b\u8def\u3002<br \/><br \/>NEFIN\u7acb\u76c8\u6267\u884c\u957f\u6797\u4e30\u6f6e\u8868\u793a\uff0cNEFIN\u7acb\u76c8\u76ee\u524d\u6b63\u5728\u6536\u8d2d\u4e91\u53f0\u7535\u4e1a\u5176\u4ed6\u539f\u59cb\u80a1\u4e1c\u7684\u5269\u4f59\u5c11\u6570\u80a1\u6743\uff0c\u672a\u6765\u5c06100%\u6301\u6709\u4e91\u53f0\u7535\u4e1a\u7684\u80a1\u6743\u3002 NEFIN\u7acb\u76c8\u5168\u529b\u914d\u5408\u4e91\u6797\u53bf\u653f\u5e9c\u653f\u7b56\u5e76\u4e0e\u5730\u65b9\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u4e91\u53f0\u7535\u4e1a\u5c06\u4f1a\u5728\u4e91\u6797\u53f0\u897f\u6210\u4e3a\u6700\u5177\u89c4\u6a21\u7684\u6e14\u7535\u52a0\u503c\u548c\u5355\u7eaf\u7535\u4e1a\u7684\u592a\u9633\u80fd\u5f00\u53d1\u5546\u53ca\u6c11\u8425\u7535\u5382\uff0c\u4ea6\u89c4\u5212\u4e8e\u5f53\u5730\u5efa\u7f6e\u5171\u540c\u5347\u538b\u7ad9\uff0c\u5e76\u79ef\u6781\u6b22\u8fce\u5408\u4f5c\u4f19\u4f34\u6765\u5e76\u63a5\u5347\u538b\u7ad9\u53ca\u5171\u7528\u7ba1\u7ebf\u3001\u5408\u4f5c\u571f\u5730\u5f00\u53d1\uff0c\u5171\u540c\u5b9e\u73b0\u4e91\u6797\u53f0\u897f\u7684\u7eff\u80fd\u672a\u6765\u3002<br \/>\u968f\u7740\u6c14\u5019\u53d8\u8fc1\u7834\u574f\u6027\u5f71\u54cd\u7684\u65e5\u8d8b\u4e25\u5cfb\uff0c\u4e16\u754c\u5404\u56fd\u6b63\u52a0\u7d27\u52aa\u529b\u51cf\u5c11\u78b3\u6392\u653e\u91cf\uff0c\u6839\u636e\u7ecf\u6d4e\u90e8\u80fd\u6e90\u5c40\u7edf\u8ba12022\u5e74\u53f0\u6e7e\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u53d1\u7535\u5360\u6bd4\u5927\u5e45\u589e\u52a02.27%\uff0c\u4ece6.00%\u589e\u52a0\u52308.27%\uff0c\u800c\u76f8\u8f83\u524d\u4e00\u5e74\uff0c\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u53d1\u7535\u91cf\u6210\u957f\u4e8636%\u3002\u6797\u4e30\u6f6e\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u53f0\u6e7e\u653f\u5e9c\u6b63\u79ef\u6781\u63a8\u52a8\u7eff\u8272\u80fd\u6e90\uff0c\u8ba2\u5b9a2025\u5e74\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u53d1\u7535\u5360\u6bd4\u8fbe20%\u7684\u76ee\u6807\u4ee5\u53ca\u592a\u9633\u5149\u7535\u88c5\u7f6e\u5bb9\u91cf\u8fbe20GW\uff0cNEFIN\u7acb\u76c8\u79ef\u6781\u7684\u8fdb\u884c\u6536\u8d2d\u548c\u518d\u878d\u8d44\u7684\u5b9e\u7ee9\u5df2\u6210\u529f\u5b9e\u73b0\u5728\u53f0\u6e7e\u53d1\u5c55\u5927\u578b\u7eff\u80fd\u7535\u5382\u7b56\u7565\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u9636\u6bb5\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u9664\u8ba1\u753b\u7ee7\u7eed\u6536\u8d2d\u7ea6150MW\u7b2c\u4e09\u578b\u592a\u9633\u80fd\u9879\u76ee\uff0c\u4ea6\u6b63\u5728\u5f00\u53d1500MW\u7b2c\u4e00\u578b\u592a\u9633\u80fd\u9879\u76ee\u3002 NEFIN \u7acb\u76c8\u7684\u76ee\u6807\u662f2028 \u5e74\u5728\u53f0\u6e7e\u6301\u6709\u8d85\u8fc7 1000MW\u592a\u9633\u80fd\u9879\u76ee\uff0c\u5e76\u81f4\u529b\u4e8e\u7814\u7a76\u8f93\u7535\u7ea7\u89c4\u6a21\u7535\u6c60\u50a8\u80fd\u7cfb\u7edf\uff0c\u4ee5\u53d1\u5c55\u672a\u6765\u5927\u578b\u5149\u50a8\u9879\u76ee\u3002<br \/><br \/>\u5c55\u671b\u672a\u6765\uff0cNEFIN\u7acb\u76c8\u53f0\u6e7e\u8463\u4e8b\u603b\u7ecf\u7406\u674e\u4fca\u8d24\u8868\u793a\uff0cNEFIN\u7acb\u76c8\u6b63\u5728\u89c4\u5212\u6210\u7acb\u552e\u7535\u4e1a\u5e73\u53f0\u4e14\u6b63\u5728\u4e0e\u53f0\u6e7e\u77e5\u540d\u4f01\u4e1a\u548c\u8de8\u56fd\u516c\u53f8\u8fdb\u884c\u8ba8\u8bba\u7b7e\u7f72\u4f01\u4e1a\u8d2d\u552e\u7535\u5408\u7ea6\uff08CPPA\uff09\uff0c\u4ee5\u547c\u5e94NEFIN
