Job Summary

A Solar O&M Engineer’s job is mainly to plan, schedule and ensure execution of daily, weekly and monthly activities to ensure smooth operations of a solar power system. The O&M Engineer takes the responsibility of monitoring the performance of solar power system on a day-to-day basis and must be available for immediate field trips in case of any fault recovery. A typical Solar O&M Engineer’s job will predominantly revolve around following three key responsibilities: • Regular monitoring and inspection • Preventive and Corrective maintenance • Co-ordinate with vendors for equipment maintenance

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule and ensure execution of daily, weekly and monthly activities to ensure smooth operations of a solar power system

Job Summary

The Project Engineer role in NEFIN main objectives would be effective Project Delivery – responsible to Project Manager to complete project pipelines as per contracted cost & time while complying to Rule of Law, ensure quality and safe completion of assigned solar projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teamwork and ability to utilize project management tool such as EVM (Earned Value Management) to manage a large group of construction contractors/sub-contractors’ team
  • Accountable for conforming with details of technical requirements of the client sites during execution
  • Monitoring the project execution schedule while continuous feedback to Project Manager of slippage from intended schedule & provide ways of mitigation
  • Provide with up-to-date daily/weekly/monthly status report for the assigned projects

Job Summary

A Business Development Manager is responsible for generating business leads, prospecting, following-up and closing deals for solar projects. Job Summary

A Human Resource Executive is responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing and placing company staffs and interns. Job Summary

The Project Engineer role in NEFIN main objectives would be effective Project Delivery – responsible to Project Manager to complete project pipelines as per contracted cost & time while complying to Rule of Law, ensure quality and safe completion of assigned solar projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teamwork and ability to utilize project management tool such as EVM (Earned Value Management) to manage a large group of construction contractors/sub-contractors’ team
  • Accountable for conforming with details of technical requirements of the client sites during execution
  • Monitoring the project execution schedule while continuous feedback to Project Manager of slippage from intended schedule & provide ways of mitigation
